It’s been brought to my attention that some customers of my softwares might have been trying to visit my old ZenDesk support desk directly. I changed support desk platforms a little while ago and had expected that everyone would visit http://support.tooltrainer.com which is still set to redirect to the new desk. Some may have bookmarked the old direct Zendesk link though, so if you’ve tried to contact me for support recently but couldn’t get through, I apologize.
The correct link should always be http://support.tooltrainer.com – sorry for any confusion!
